To become a member please fill out the form below and select a payment method. For FSIS and APHIS members we have a dues withholding option where $9 is withheld from each paycheck (click the appropriate link for form). For those of you who are paying with cash, please consult the following prorated schedule for date joined:

• January 1st-March 31st $234
• April 1st-June 30th $176
• July 1st-September 30th $117
• October 1st-December 31st $59

Either a check or a dues withholding form must be received before your application can be processed. Our mailing address can be found on our Contact page.
